Is for couples (married, unmarried, partners) who are experiencing relationship stressors or for couples who would like premarital education. Sessions are one-on-one and cost is based on a sliding scale.

Kent R. Osborne, MA, LMFT
Kent Osborne is a specialist in pre-marital, marital and couples education. A licensed therapist for 21 years; Kent has helped thousands of people improve their communication, conflict resolution, parenting, commitment and intimacy building skills. Kent has additional expertise in working with fragile couples, parent-child-teenager dynamics, step families, single parent family systems, anxiety and depression. Lynn Russek, MA, LCSW
Lynn Russek has been in practice for the past 10 years and a licensed therapist for 8 years. She is a specialist in providing care for individuals, couples, families and children. Lynn is especially skilled in helping couples discover how the partner feels and receives love. She is experienced in working with relationships in all stages including premarital, couples in distress, couples separating and/or divorcing, remarriages and helping couples heal from marital injuries. Lynn’s goal is to help people/couples soften their hearts towards one another and make decisions in the best interest of the marriage.

For over 20 years Carol worked with families in crisis while staying focused on sustaining family relationships through difficult times.
Committed to the goal of nurturing healthy and lasting relationships, she joined the You&Me.WE team in 2006.
Carol provides a fun, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for couples to explore the most important issues in their relationships.

Bea Haledjian, MEd in Counseling
Bea has worked with Family Resources, Inc. in a variety of capacities since 2007. Initially she was part of the You&Me.WE Community Advisory Group as well as a mentor for couples. More recently she has served as a relationship educator and coach.
Bea’s previous experience includes many years of counseling for non-profit agencies, churches and the school system. In addition to being a Certified Guidance counselor, she is a Certified Professional Life Coach and a Family Mediator. Bea also works part time as a Workplace Chaplain.
Bea has been married to Earl Nichols for over 38 years. The two of them have served on Marriage Encounter Teams and led Marriage Enrichment retreats over the years.

Earl Nichols, Ph.D., LMFT, Certified Sex Therapist
Earl has been a counselor for nearly thirty years. He has a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy and is licensed in Florida as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Earl is a supervisor in both the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and American Association of Pastoral Counselors. He has been a certified sex therapist for more than ten years.
Earl has led numerous seminars, workshops and retreats for couples. Many of these have focused on Communications, Conflict Resolution and Relationship Enhancement.
